Lorne Stigant

Lorne brings a total of sixteen years experience in the recruitment industry to Headspace RM; having worked across a broad range of businesses and organisations, recruiting for many individual specialist and senior management roles, as well as completing a number of high volume campaigns. 

After graduating, Lorne spent four years as a communications and marketing specialist with an international professional and educational accountancy body.

Having gained first class experience with a specialist property recruitment business, he went on to join a Midlands based national HR management consultancy as a Senior Consultant providing a range of tailored recruitment solutions to clients.  

Prior to forming his own business, Stigant Shepherd Resourcing, in May 2004, Lorne worked for a leading search and selection business which grew out of one of the big 4 Global accountancy businesses.  

In addition to specialist experience gained in Property and Finance, Lorne has a strong background in delivering resourcing projects across a broad range of industries and functions. He is particularly active in leisure and retail, whilst establishing himself as a leading name in sports recruitment.
